How the Enquiry Flow Works

We do the marketing, you do the plumbing.

1

Customers Find Us

Residents and businesses across Birmingham reach this site searching for emergency plumbing help. They call or submit a request with their postcode, the problem, and how urgent it is.

2

We Match by Coverage

Enquiries are routed to providers based on the postcodes you cover, the job types you accept, your availability, and the time of day. Gas jobs only go to Gas Safe registered engineers.

3

You Take It From There

You call the customer, agree your own quote before starting work, and invoice them directly. The customer relationship and the revenue are yours.

What a Lead Looks Like

Real local enquiries with enough detail to decide before you commit.

Location

Customer postcode, so you know the travel time before you accept. You set the postcodes you cover and we never route outside them.

Job Type

Burst pipe, boiler breakdown, blocked drain, leak detection, toilet repair, frozen pipes, or general plumbing. You choose which categories you receive.

Urgency & Timing

Emergency call-outs, same-day requests, and planned work are flagged differently, so out-of-hours enquiries only reach providers who want them.

Direct Contact Details

The customer's name and phone number, passed to you so you can call them directly and agree the job on your own terms.

Why Providers Join

1

No Long-Term Contract

Start without a tie-in and leave whenever you like. We earn our place in your week by sending enquiries worth taking, not by locking you in.

2

You Stay in Control

Set your coverage areas, job types, and working hours. Pause enquiries when you are at capacity and switch back on when the diary clears.

3

Local Work, Not National Noise

Every enquiry comes from Birmingham and the surrounding West Midlands. No chasing jobs forty miles away, and no bidding wars against twenty other trades.

4

The Customer Is Yours

You quote, you invoice, you keep the relationship. Repeat work and recommendations that come from a job well done belong to you, not to us.

Requirements to Join

Customers trust the network because of these rules, and they are not negotiable.

Licences & Qualifications

You must hold the relevant licences, qualifications, and permissions for every service you accept. Any work on gas appliances requires current Gas Safe registration, which we verify on application and periodically afterwards.

Insurance

Public liability insurance appropriate to the work you accept must be in place and maintained for as long as you receive enquiries.

Quote Before Work

You agree the price with the customer before starting, and agree any revision before continuing if the job grows. Providers who surprise customers on the bill leave the network.

Professional Conduct

Carry ID, turn up when you say you will, and treat customers' homes with respect. Customer complaints are investigated and affect continued membership.

Apply to Join the Network

Tell us about your business and we will call you back to discuss coverage, enquiry volumes, and pricing. Applying is free and takes two minutes.

Provider Questions

What does it cost to receive enquiries?
Pricing depends on your coverage area and the enquiry types you accept, and we agree it with you during the application call before anything is charged. Applying costs nothing and there is no joining fee.
Are enquiries exclusive to me?
Routing is availability-based: an enquiry goes to the nearest available provider who covers that job type, rather than being blasted to a list. We discuss exact routing rules for your area during your application call.
How do I receive leads?
By phone call or instant message to your nominated number, with the customer's details and job description. You confirm you are taking it, then contact the customer directly.
Can I leave the network?
Yes, at any time and without penalty. There is no long-term contract. You can also pause enquiries temporarily, for example over holidays or when your diary is full.
